I have been told by so many people how "stunning" these shots are and have been asked who took them?

Her name is Amanda from Amanda Mac Photography.           

She is an amazing photogrpher and an even more amazing person.

I was playing a wedding at Southern Highland Wines and she saw Katie and asked if she would be interested in doing a sitting at her studio for some pregnancy shots for her website? If you click on her link above and look under "families" you will see how brilliant Amanda is.

Another financial year over and looking at my diary I played a  total of 125 performances from 1st July 2007 to 30th June, 2008. Everything from pubs, clubs, corporate functions, birthdays, weddings to wineries on Sunday afternoons.

A busy year but a very successful and rewarding year as out of those 125 were 26 weddings that I got to be a part of and appreciate all bridal couples and their respective families for having me provide the entertainment.  

   One gig in particular that stood out and I will always remember will be the Nicole Miller Benefit Night (rock attack victim) that I was asked and honoured to play at. On the 28th September, 2007 at the Bomaderry Bowling Club, a great night was had to raise much needed funds for Nicky & Timbsy (Andrew Timbs) and the support and friendship shown towards them both was nothing short of extraordinary and it truly was a great refelction on the Shoalhaven Community. Thanks goes to Maz, Natasha and the girls for having me. "20 Good Reasons" Much love to you Nicky. This next 12 months looks to be another busy one personally and professionally with a baby on the way and early 2009 filling up with weddings. Katie is due on the 11th August - we're hoping for the 8th (08/08/08) which is meant to be a very lucky date. 43 dates confirmed for the remainder of the year with recent bookings taken for Woonona Bulli RSL, Shellharbour Workers Club, locally on the Southern Highlands and as far down south as Batemans Bay, Cooma and Tura Beach.  My calandar is continually updated so all dates are hopefully in there? If you refer to the calandar section of website, most Saturdays from Sept 6th to December 6th are now booked for "Private Function - Weddings". A few of those I have on hold awaiting confirmation to either Narrell (agent) or myself.

This week I'm playing two local gigs at Mittagong RSL and on the Saturday it should be a big night at The Moss Vale Hotel. At this venue I play 5-6 times a year. They only put on entertainment every 2 months and I'm lucky enough get that gig. Chrismas time or Dec 20th this year will be no different and fully packed. There is no trouble, everyone is there to have a good time, everyone dances and it's my favourite pub gig of the year. It is also my local and they also sponsor my soccer team. So this Saturday night, a big fundraiser is being had for Adam Cummings - a victim of an assault in Qld and currently on life support. Hoping again for a huge turnout to support Adam with donations to be auctioned off.

These donations are :- a fully signd 2008 Qld State of Origin Jersey; a fully signed 2008 South Sydney jumper; a fully signed 2008 Cronulla Sharks jersey; a Qld State of Origin Centenary of Champions framed print and a Golf package for 2 at Mount Broughton. Hope to see many locals get out and show support.

Plenty more happening, particularly an album on the way. More about that later.

You may have noticed that there are a few more Buble songs in my live repotoire.

Went and saw him last Thursday 5th June at Sydney Entertainment Centre where suffice to say I was a little inspired.

I had 4th row seats right in front of stage and walked away with a new found respect in the control and power of his voice and overall perception of him as an entertainer.  

    This photo taken from our seat - 4th row right in front of stage.MB points at me.... "You Sir, were the first person I saw when I came out on stage tonight and just wanted to say thank you for making the effort to look so good".... My response was 'Like looking in a mirror brother !!"  Happened to be wearing black suit and tie and now Katie thinks I have a man crush on Buble??? True story, we chatted for about 30 secs with my face going up on the big screen.
